Convicted felon in custody after drug investigation

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team arrested convicted felon Christopher Adams, 22, Friday after they say they made several drug buys from him at his home on Water Ave, which is within 1,000 feet of Spencer Elementary.

During the bust, investigators found marijuana, cash, and two loaded handguns. Adams faces several felony charges. He is being held at the Chatham County Detention Center and is expected to be arraigned Saturday.
