EFFINGHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -
Deputies say a man nicknamed the "Friday Flasher" is at it again...exposing himself to motorists along Georgia Highway 21 in Effingham County.
Investigators arrested 24 year old Alvie Collins last night after they say drivers spotted him naked on the side of the road.
They say he has a record in the county of exposing himself.
"Back in 2010, he got the name as the Friday Flasher. Last night was a Tuesday night, but he was out there doing it again and we take these things seriously. It's serious if someone is exposing themselves to the public or even children out there," David Ehsanipoor with the Effingham County Sheriff's Office said.
Collins denied flashing anyone to police, but witnesses identified him. He was released this morning from the Effingham County Jail on bond.
