KINGSLAND, GA (WTOC) -
A Kingsland woman was arrested Feb. 8 and charged after a search warrant was carried out by the Camden County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force.
They executed the search warrant on Wren Road in Kingsland. Deputies were clearing the home's master bedroom when they heard a toilet flush.
Sgt. Brown went into the bathroom and saw Jennifer Emahiser, 32, trying to flush narcotics and drug paraphernalia down the toilet, according to the sheriff's office.
Brown ordered Emahiser to the ground and she eventually complied, according to the sheriff's office. He found some marijuana floating on top of the toilet water and a white powdery substance scattered around the bathroom floor.
Emahiser had tried to flush the drugs and stopped up the toilet, according to the sheriff's office. Crystal methamphetamine, syringes, and other drug paraphernalia were in the toilet reservoir and scattered on the bathroom floor, according to the sheriff's office.
Emahiser was arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, theft by receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
