After letting her hair grow to almost two-feet in length, Savannah middle-schooler, Madeline Williams, donated that growth to Locks of Love, the fine organization that uses the hair to help those undergoing cancer treatment, should they temporarily lose their own hair. Madeline has two close friends who, thankfully, are cancer survivers, so her dedication to the Locks of Love program takes on an even more personal meaning and desire to help others.
Our thanks to Madeline Williams, along with all others involved, daily, in the continuing fight to arrest and defeat cancers of all types, and to actively assist those going through treatment with the invaluable support they receive, helping so much to keep mind, body and spirit positive.
